
Classes
Mat Work Classes
Based on mat work and standing exercises with 8 to a class. Small pilates props are used to enhance the exercises. Classes are suitable for those who do not have specific injuries.
Studio Sessions
These small group sessions are focused around the resistance based pilates equipment. Programmes of exercise are devised to suit individual needs.
Consultation / One to One
These are a prerequisite to starting at the Centre either to assess and work with specific injuries and needs or to join an ongoing group.
